The Cappella Singers will present a mid-summer concert at St Cyrs Church Stonehouse on Saturday 21st June. The concert in the church will be preceded by a canal side preview at 6.15pm.
Songs to celebrate the restoration
Cappella Singers member Ceri Shepherd explains…
“This will be a concert of music to celebrate the work done so far in restoring the canal between the Thames and the Severn.
“The programme for this event at the lovely canal-side church of St Cyr will have a watery theme. St Cyr's Church will provide refreshments, and they ask that a small donation for these be made which will go towards Church funds"
Tickets – £9.00

It is often claimed that St Cyrs canal side setting, with its dramatic views towards the Cotswold escarpment, must make it Gloucestershire’s most photographed place of worship.
CCT photographer Mike Gallagher has applied some characteristic creativity with this photograph not of, but from atop St Cyrs centuries old tower!
