40th CCT Annual General Meeting

40th Annual General Meeting of The Cotswold Canals Trust

Members of the Cotswold Canals Trust are reminded that the AGM will take place in the Council Chamber at Stroud District Council Offices, Ebley Mill, Stroud, GL5 4UB at 10:30am on Saturday 10th October.

Limited parking space will be available in SDC Staff Car Park.

More spaces can be found in Victory Park.

Pre-meeting refreshments & shopping

Arrive early and have a chat.

The Council Chamber is on the first floor of the building.

Access is via the glass doors at the southern end of the building.

Refreshments will be served from 10.00am.

Christmas Cards and CCT Calendars will be on sale.

Restoration update

At the close of the formal AGM Ken Burgin, the Trust’s Chief Executive, will give a restoration up-date.

Phase 1b Funding update

Val Kirby, Convenor of the Phase 1B Bid Team, will then give an update on the funding bid process.

Post meeting Boat Trips & Restoration Site visits

The meeting is expected to conclude at approximately 12.30 pm.

Members are invited to:

  • Take a trip on Endeavour — Pick up your FREE boarding passes from the sales table. Limited to 50 
  • Check out the progress — Bowbridge Lock & Ham Mill Lock will be staffed by restoration Team Leaders 
  • Find your way — Click on the location finders for maps of the restoration sites
