Cotswold Canals Trust Members Cruise

Cruise the Gloucester – Sharpness Canal on board MV King Arthur
Saturday 6th September 2014 10am – 4pm
Join us on a non-stop return cruise along the whole length of the Gloucester-Sharpness Canal on board MV King Arthur based at the Gloucester Waterways Museum

Six hours of spectacular views

The six hour return trip provides unique views of the canal’s wooded cuttings, elevated views from its embankments, spectacular vistas across the River Severn and impressive outlooks towards the Cotswold escarpment. Photographers and wild life spotters could have a busy day.

Bring a Picnic

The non-stop nature of the cruise means you can bring a picnic lunch to enjoy with a glass of wine, beer, soft drinks or tea & coffee from the bar on board.
Should there be the odd September shower the top deck provides plenty of cover. (See second photo)

The lower deck saloon provides carpeted comfort with good views from the large windows. (Third photo shows a recent wedding scene)

An exclusive opportunity

Passenger numbers are limited to 100. Early indications suggest this exclusive opportunity to cruise with fellow Trust members could sell out very quickly. So, please book early!
