End to end photo journey
We are pleased to announce a new online treat for everyone with an interest in the restoration of the Cotswold Canals. This is a thirty-six mile, west to east, end to end photo journey from Saul Junction on the Gloucester-Sharpness Canal to Inglesham where the Thames & Severn Canal joins the River Thames.
Produced by teamwork
This project is the result of close collaboration between Cotswold Canals Trust Volunteers Mike Gallagher and Chris Handscombe.
Mike’s photography allied to Chris’s editing and production skills have resulted in ten fascinating minutes viewing.
Look out for some striking fades from past scenes to the present day.
Keep an eye out also for some new views of work being carried out by Eastern End Volunteers as well as some other rarely seen elements of the route.
Thanks again to Mike Gallagher who provided the majority of photos from the CCT album on Flickr and to Robert Paget who provides the film element and lastly to Chris Handscombe & Lazerblue Productions for producing and relentlessly updating the show.
